Job Summary: The Logistics Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and coordination of an organization’s logistics, supply chain, and transportation activities. They ensure the efficient movement of goods, daily manage logistics for our clients and optimize supply chain processes to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Coordinate and monitor the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and shipping schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

  • Analyze logistics data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

  • Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to meet performance goals.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and production.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with potential site visits to warehouses and transportation hubs.

  • Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and quick decision-making.
