Job Description:
Mina K ApS is seeking a passionate and experienced employee to lead the launch of our production of authentic Turkish pizzas, also known as “etli ekmek”. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing all production processes from scratch and will be able to perform the following tasks:
- Development of recipes and production methods
- Identification and sourcing of necessary materials and ingredients
- Design of production layout and process
- Dough preparation, assembly, and baking processes
- Building supplier relationships
- Compliance with hygiene standards and food safety
Qualifications:
- Experience in production and startup of food manufacturing, preferably in bakery or pizzeria settings
- Excellent technical skills and understanding of baking processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Language Skills:
- Turkish and Kurdish, with Danish and English proficiency being a plus
