About the Position
M & M ApS is seeking qualified and flexible Vikerkokke (Chefs) for full-time employment. The position involves professional kitchen work at our clients’ premises across Denmark. We are looking for reliable candidates who can maintain high quality, efficiency, and food safety standards in daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals according to client requirements
Ensuring consistent quality and efficient service
Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, including HACCP
Proper handling, storage, and labeling of food products
Following menus, recipes, and operational instructions
Reporting shortages, operational issues, or safety concerns
Acting professionally as a representative of M & M ApS
Employment Conditions
Position: Vikerkok (Chef)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Start Date: From January 2026 (to be agreed)
Work Location: Variable – work is performed at the premises of the Company’s clients
Holiday: Paid holiday in accordance with Danish law
Qualifications and Expectations
Experience from professional kitchen work or similar position
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work independently and adapt to different work environments
Flexibility regarding work location and tasks
Responsible, structured, and service-minded approach to work
