Our Global Team is responsible for acquiring and managing international development projects. We respond to calls for proposals from major financing institutions worldwide, including the World Bank, the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, Danida, and national governments.

Your roleWe are looking for an ambitious and motivated student to join our Global Team and support the daily work in business development and knowledge management assistance within international development and sustainable energy.
You will play an activerole in identifying new opportunities and supporting the preparation of high- quality proposals, knowledgeproducts, and project assistance tasks. We are lookingfor someone with a strong execution mindset - someone who not only analyses and drafts but also follows tasks through to completion and ensures timely delivery.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and screening relevantinternational project opportunities
- Preparing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and supporting proposal development for international tenders, including:
- Market researchand outreach
- Drafting tailored CVs
- Methodology writing
- Analysis of best practices and international standards
- Identifying and mobilizing externalexperts through our network and other channels
- Updating internaland external databases of projects and partners
- Providing ad-hocsupport to the Global Team
We are open to tailoring specific responsibilities based on your skills and interests (e.g., private sector engagement, specific regions or thematic areas). This will be discussed with your manager.
Your profileYou are currently pursuinga master’s degreein sales and marketing, finance, international business, development studies, international relations, political science, environment/energy, or another relevant field.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a strong interestin sustainable development and the green transition
- Possesses excellent research, analytical and drafting skills
- Is thorough, structured, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates a strong execution mindset and takesownership of tasksfrom start to finish
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work under tight deadlines
- Is a proactive and reliable team player who contributes positively to collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Has relevantwork experience from former studentjobs or internships (an advantage)
- Has international experience (an advantage, but not a requirement)
- Is fluent in written and spoken English and Danish; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
You will gain valuable insight into international development cooperation and collaborate with a broad range of global clients and partners. You will develop a solid understanding of the tendering processes and gain hands-on experience contributing to the global green transition.

Practical informationThe student positionis part-time (15–20hours per week) and based at our Copenhagen office.
Hourly rate: DKK 165.
