Job Description:
Mina K ApS is excited to announce the opening of two positions for employees to lead the launch of our production of authentic Turkish pizzas, known as "etli ekmek," and kebab in our new department. We are looking for dedicated individuals who will be responsible for establishing all production processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recipes and production methods for Turkish pizzas and kebabs
- Identify and source necessary materials and ingredients
- Design production layout and processes
- Prepare dough, assemble ingredients, and manage baking processes
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in production and startup of food manufacturing, preferably in bakery or pizzeria settings
- Excellent technical skills and understanding of baking processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience in preparing and serving kebab
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Language Skills:
- Turkish and Kurdish, with Danish and English proficiency being a plus
