Work Supply is actively recruiting a results-driven Business Financial Controller for our esteemed client, entrusted with leading the establishment of a resilient financial business function. In this instrumental role, you will forge a collaborative partnership with the CFO and the recently appointed management team, playing a key role in diverse financial functions, including analysis, budgeting, reporting, planning, fostering collaboration, and ensuring rigorous compliance with regulations and risk management.
Core Duties:
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Playing a crucial role in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Facilitating internal financial reporting and performance management using BI tools.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to gather financial data and insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly qualified Business Financial Controller with a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master’s degree/MBA would be considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with BI tools, showcasing proven expertise in financial analysis and a high level of proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in collaborative teamwork are key attributes we value. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent finance experience, demonstrating a proactive and driven approach to achieving business goals. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Danish, along with fluency in spoken and written English, are essential for this role.
