Are you eager to accelerate your learning and gain hands-on experience by joining a strategy & transformation team of former tier 1 consultants? We are seeking ambitious junior strategy consultants to join our team – could that be you?
Who we are
Coop Denmark A/S is headquartered in Greater Copenhagen and has 40,000 employees across our offices, logistic centers, and stores. Our annual revenue is 40 billion DKK, and we own and operate SuperBrugsen, Kvickly, 365Discount and Brugsen.
The Strategy and Transformation team consists of former tier 1 consultants with various tenures. We refer directly to the CEO and focus exclusively on top strategic priorities working with the executive management team. We are equally engaged in creating a fun and inclusive team, and we often do social activities together.
What you will do
- Support top management decision-making by providing insights and recommendations
- Structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, formulate hypotheses and synthesize clear takeaways from complex information
- Work effectively in teams to come up with the best solution and move people to act
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and help drive implementation
- Responsible for independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success
- The position is approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility around your studies and exams
What we are looking for
- BSc or MSc students in their 4th-9th semester, enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g. business, finance, economics)
- Experience with problem solving from case competition, current student job, or other relevant activities
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information and develop innovative solutions
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to changing environments
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Danish
